How to Register

For New Users to the GovOS tax payment system:

To open the site that has the ‘Register Here’ link shown below in a separate tab, Click Here: Bay Tourist Tax Login
Scroll down to see steps to take on this site.

1. Enter your email address and click the Continue link and a verification email will be sent to acknowledge.
2. Click on link in the email (noted by arrow below) and once the link opens in a new window, enter your information to create your profile.

Complete the Password and User Profile Sections and click ‘Continue to Business Profile:

If you were a Registered Tax Payer in our former system called Excise and are now setting up your GovOS account for the first time then click the button next to the
“I already have an existing business license” and email TDC@baycoclerk.com to retrieve your account # and activation code to complete the boxes on this section,
then click ‘Lookup’ and once selected click ‘Go to Business Center’

If you were not a taxpayer in our former system called Excise then click the button next to “I have a new business and need to apply for a new Tourist Development Tax account with Bay County, Florida” – Enter an Account Name and select ‘Tax Entity Account’ from the Account Type drop-down, select Role and click Continue.

Next you will be taken to the “Applicant Information” page.
Complete all fields [ fields with * are required ] then type name in signature block, date and Submit.
